More elaborate way for bugtracking and ideas.

I suggest instead of using the forum to report bugs and ideas we could use a so called Mantis. It's a system where everybody can report bugs, devs can alter the state into fixed, acknowledged, etc. This way you can easily see which bugs are fixed, whether or not the devs have taken up the issue or maybe already implented it.
