String theory

I would like to use the Spindly Taproot to make an Herbalist table, but I cannot.
String fibers should all be interchangeable, no matter the source (hemp, flax, spindly taproot).
Sigh, at least I can just eat the taproots and keep searching ;)

well the herbalist table specifically asks for plant fibers. would you expect to be able to use yarn? or to make linen from spindly taproots?

Sorry dude but I have to completely disagree. THe solution to the problem you are experiencing is within foragable crops as is suggested elsewhere. Don't make shit more complicated than it needs to be. Once crops are foragable the use of 'strings' to make herb tables isn't even worth considering.
