Wonder why such a list has not been suggested before. It is a simple but good way to improve the variety of forest life.

Nice!
Here are some more: bats, swans, geese, moose, snakes, skunk, lizards, whales, sharks (for Chakravanti)

We have been planning for at least badgers, bats, bees (which should be required to build a beehive anyway), eagles, lynxes, magpies, owls, spiders and wolves. Of course, the main reason wolves aren't already in the game is, as you know, lack of reasonable AI (and the same goes for lynxes, but they haven't been drawn, at least). Many of the other critters listed are, of course, reasonable, so I guess the list might be good to have for reference.

i figured the problem with the wolf ai would be the pack mechanic, aren't lynxes a solitary animal?

anyway sounds cool loftar, more animals is more fun.

I'm really looking forward to wolves. I also want a wolfskin cape. Can I trade some pink capes for one?

I can't wait to make a bee-skin cape.

Lynxes eat deer, and they can easily kill a grown man.

Anyway, I'd like to add pheasants, hawks, hedgehogs and otters to the list.
