So as stated before we are in the middle of an grief-fest. I have a suggestion so show all character names on the persons forum profile or force them to appear in their signature. This will assist in telling who to look out for and the name of the mains for such griefers.

my character name and forum name are identical, but i have very mixed feelings about this.

If i ever wanted to create a new character i would want him to be free of my previous characters past, whether it be good or bad.
That being said i do acknolege the pains of alt-griefing, and while i think steps should be taken to stop it [maybe some limiting factors.. like you can only have 3 characters at once, and after the 2nd creation you have to wait a week inbetween new creations or something... as well as fixing no-hearth problem... to make alt-death possible and more annoying]

However, i really don't want to lose the option of starting fresh sometime if i feel like it.

I agree with Rift. Also, both the "solutions" of setting a character cap and displaying the character names in the forum or elsewhere would only lead griefers to create multiple accounts instead, thus helping noone. The solution, I believe, must be sought elsewhere. Summoning hearthless people by the RoB would, of course, be a good first step.

yea, there isnt such a easy solution, just things to make it more annyoing for alt-griefers.
Fortunatly.. i'm not the one who has to come up with a solution.
