Split stone into boulders

Heya.

Since the new stones are massively huge, it would make sense if you could chip them into smaller, portable boulders.


P.S.

Masonry/stoneworking could use some love. Stone walls, for example? Or statues.

A good idea that blends well in with existing mechanics.
Let the number of boulders (or their quality) be tied to the nature/industry slider.

Make it so that making a runestone or removing a boulder causes the big rock to change to a small rock, which can only have stone chipped from it.
Though there would still need to be a way to outright remove these ruins, this would mean that these nice-looking boulders would stick around.

No better yet, "Cleave Boulder" from the large rock outcropping then "Carve Runestone" only from the Boulder, now you can make multiple runestones from one rock outcropping and people can not grief away the outcropping as easily.

Bump.
  • let Stone Boulder can be split into Large Stones.
  • make creating Runestone cost like 10k LP to prevent vandalism
