Alt-clicking

Give an use to alt.

Like you press alt and click in a object that have just one use (like a live rabbit with "Wring Neck") and the menu doesn't open, it uses the unique option, much more fast to eat tons of food like we have to do everyday.

I'd prefer other use of alt - "clicking like no item is in hands". For example, picked with left click apple and alt+left click on ground, and character doesn't drops an apple, but goes to clicked point.

Yes please, no more dropping stuff into water once inventory is full and you want to walk to shore :)

why ever would you need a modifier key to use an item that only has one option to begin with?

rightclick should suffice
