Buff FEPs from apple pies

These things were okay before domestication. After that they were never worth making again. Now that apples are nerfed too they're just a serious joke. Con is lacking in any serious foods anyway. Maybe these things deserve a significant buff?I'd say....20 con FEPs sounds about right to me give or take. Anything less though and they'de still be a joke. 20 seems kinda low but a good farmer could still pull out 60 FEPs out of it and con isn't exactly a highly desired stat to begin with except amongst militant-only types.

We need to curb the FEP inflation, not make it worse.
