Rewarding others in a commie village(share LP)

In game I live in a communist village, meaning we share everything. I've taken up the role of cook/farmer. So I run around picking up wheat and turning it into bread and honey buns.

The problem is, halfway through cooking, I always have to go collect a bunch of sticks. I'd like to have someone else get the sticks for me, but that is a zero LP job.

What I'd like to see instead, is the option to share a percentage of your LP with a kinsman, up to a certain number, say 1000, per day.

The way it would work is I say to Billy "Fill up these baskets with sticks". When he comes back and drops the baskets I right click on him and select "Make apprentice", from that point until he receives the max shareable LP for the day, he gets a predetermined percentage of any LPs I generate.

well, i have some experience with communist villages, and basically the way a situation like that works, for us anyway, is kind of a "you don't get sticks, you don't eat" mentality. that being said, however, i think this is a good idea for other reasons, specifically helping new players who join the village get enough lp to be useful without doing useless stuff for lp for a couple hours, as the way it is right now, "ok wander off into the woods until you find a tree with branches left on it and build some campfires until you get 200 lp" sucks, and there are very few ways to get your initial LP.

anyone that can think of a way to get your first 200 LP without touching a tree gets a prize.

Yeah, I know it's the most horrible way to get LP, but still it meets the criteria.

Well lets see, In new brodgar for newbies...

Plow to 200, buy Fishing. Continue to Plow and Fish when needed to eat, Eat fish Raw to spare on FEP Confussion until ready to start that, Buy Stone working at the next 200. Continue to work on the roads until you are able to Start working on your Plot. Things evolve from there...

But yes before anyone can build a plow, (Me), I had to build a few campfires and leantos'...
