Now that wells are pre-equppied with a bucket this shouldn't be difficult to abstract even if it looks funny operating the well holding the barrel over one's head. If need be have the well ani cycle 10x. It's about click reduction here.

Just a fun fact 1 liter of water is 2.20lbs so 100 liter will be 220 lbs. So ur str better be over 9000 lol. But yes this would be a nice time saver.
