Roundpole fence buff

Well, since branches are a limited resource now, i think that the roundpole fence deserve a slight buff. Not in the soak value (they are designed to be weak, after all) but as a better resistance to decay (since you need branches to repair them).And a gate, of course. We can't waste a branch every time we need to enter in the fence. This gate won't need a key, and everyone can open or close it.
The matter is, they weren't useful before and they are completely useless now...
