Moving -> Sorting

Could you please implement a moving -> sorting not only from top to low (by ctrl+shift+mouse wheel) but from low to top (alt+shift+mouse wheel, for example) as well?
Sometimes we need to extract shit from cupboards and leave pearls inside.

I've always said this should be done with wheel direction rather then yet another key being pressed

It's shift+alt.

None of the above mentioned seem to work for me for some reason but what I do is control shift wheel stuff in a container, then shift wheel back since shift wheel will reverse sort in the order of what was placed in.
