Disable lifting of objects in theft disabled

I was surprised when you can lift containers in a tresspass only claim. Theft is disabled, but you can lift out containers and get the items outside the claim.

Its a vulnerability, hence, when theft is disabled, lifting of containers should be prohibited too.

Although not a container I would like to add that dreamcatchers can be carried outside of a claim as well.

Ah, right you are. It's only a problem when trespassing is allowed but theft is not, right?

Will be fixed after the next server restart.
