Stamina/water - fine balance tuning

First: Thanks for adding carts in mines - this brings back fond (if dark) memories from the first map.

Second: I think my inventory above is representative for many a miner out there (No Merch cape, two slots reserved for keyrings and other personal belongings, 6 slots spent on almost max. water per slot capacity (unless I missed something)).
My thesis is that with this amount of q10 water (10+3 liters + one full initial bar of stamina), it should be* enough to mine the 160 ore one has capacity for in 4 chests + 16 inventory slots.
Currently this amount of stamina is only enough for 136 ore - thus the stamina yield of water should be* ever so slightly raised.

The extremist view sometimes voiced, changes the amount of ore one should be* able to mine to 196, for an additional carried chest, never mind the lunatics who wants to carry a boat.

Counterargument B: You can carry a barrel overhead when you pull the cart to the spot where you'll dig, which means you only need a flask.

But yes, it would be pretty darn convenient. But it'd be even more convenient if you could carry enough tea to do the job.

Counterargument D: Just use the cart to port in 4 barrels of water to where you are mining
Counterargument E: Build a chair for the stam for the last few ore
