Secondary/off-site claim?

Postby Zirikana » Sat Apr 17, 2010 6:03 am

I recognize that there's very good reason to limit people to one contiguous, rectangular claim. However, I was just thinking that there are perfectly good reasons to want to claim a well or trading booth set up at some distance from your claim/village. What if it were possible, at a fairly steep cost either in LP or mats, to build a small second claim that would be limited to a 4x4 area? Seems like you could protect a non-contiguous asset that way without interfering with the game mechanics too much.

The only problem i could see with this is someone putting a secondary claim right at a cave opening...

Lemme know if y'all agree or if i'm just off my rocker

Don't vending booths have some kind of inbuilt claim now or something or was that just a suggestion too?

Thanks! I was, in fact, totally unaware that you could do that.
