To Destroy or Salvage?

Salvage: Workable on any item in the game
Cost: 5000 LP
Location in Skill Tree: New Branch from Carpentery
attributed Used: Str x Intel
Quality Output Skill: Carpentry
Item Requirement: *New Item* Hammer (Required by smithy of a Common Ore x 2 + Branch X 1)

Each Attribute Multiple Count = 1 : .02
I.E. STR 10 X Agil 10 = 100, which would be 2%

Each 1% would the the total number of materials possible to salvage (Soft Cap this at 75%?)
I.E. Drying Frame Takes 7 Branches; Each Item has a Salvage check; so 7 checks would be done during the salvage.
You have a possibility of getting 100% salvage, but its not going to happen, and you may only get 25%.

Once Salvage has started, the Item in question is lost.

Quality of item being salvaged can not produce a higher quality item
Maybe refuse this on Mines, Houses, Containers should auto drop their contents.

Output of salvage should Auto-Drop to ground, and not enter into inventory.

I like the idea of salvaging... But seriously, why metal hammers? If this would be implemented I want STONE HAMMERS.
I like apple juice.

And again, why the need for hammers at all?
Maybe the hammer will define the quality levels?

Stone Hammer Q 1-30 ?
Metal Hammer Q 10 - X ?
