Put carts in boats!

Postby DaSord213 » Tue Apr 20, 2010 9:55 pm

Ug, I can't stress this enough. It is so annoying carrying a cart full of stuff, then you hit a river. So I say you should be able to put a cart in your boat. I know it seems illogical, as the cart is bigger than the boat, but it could take both spaces. It would be a whole lot easier than moving all your stuff across a river or something then making another. Unless there is, of course another way I don't know.

Discuss.

Well a cart can contain up to 4 items so it means if implemented, people can carry up to 8 objects in a boat.
Maybe it would be better if you could only load an empty cart.

But anyways its unrealistic to load entire carts into boats.

dont mess with physics, a cart carrying 4x in cargo space(4 open slots) can not fit in 2 x cargo space, not only is the cargo space twice as much as what the boat can carry but there is also the rest of the cart

now if we ever get boats with more cargo space (that are perhaps manned by several people), then yeah carts could go into boats

FOOOOOORDS!

Also, if you allow carts in boats I think it'd be better to have larger boats (and larger bodies of water with more water types, potentially with a sailing mechanic)

It could be enough if you can put a boat into a cart, so you meet the river and you stop the cart, then pick up the containers and then travel with the boat.

u can cheat: pick up boat from water (when u in boat), deliver to cart. load 2 boats, pick up second boat.

It is realistic (one boat on rope next to first boat). But it must slow you down twice.

Boats in carts; boats should occupy all four spaces in a cart, which would basically just make it faster to transport the boat to the shore or wherever.
