Half of the clothes don't give a stat bonus, they're just for the looks.
Craft them, try them on, then throw them in some basket and never thouch or craft them again. Kinda sad that so many clothes go to waste.
Hardly worth mentioning: linen cloth = default clothing without stats that's craftable. why?
