This is going to sound really silly but while I was farming my land it just entered my head. Singing. And not just for fun, it will actually serve a purpose.

Serenade
"Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si, Do."

Your voice is enchanting and mesmerizing, even the animals stop
and listen to your performance. With the Serenade skill, you can
sing songs that could stop wild beasts in their tracks and even make
tamed Sheep and Cattle produce better quality wool and milk.

This skill becomes available after learning Hearth Magic and seeing as how it comes with many great benefits, perhaps a LP cost of 30,000 would be good. When you activate the singing skill, you must target a creature to sing to. The singing skill takes affect the moment you click the target and if you have targeted a wild animal that has charged at you, such as a Boar or Bear, it stops it in its tracks, unable to move or take any actions, though you are still in combat with it.

On the other hand, if you target a tamed animal such as cattle or sheep, it increases the chance of getting better quality wool or milk. Maybe this can work on the wild cattle or sheep as well.
