Cards/Dice

Cards/Dice

Postby Resture » Thu May 13, 2010 6:00 am

I think a nice/fun feature to add to the game would be some sort of game the hearthlings could play together.
I was thinking something that could be used to create games within the world... like cards or dice.
This would also open the opportunity of gambling. I mean pur hearthlings could smoke pot or tobacco/drink wine or beer/murder and steal/and gamble.
fuck yes.
It would be a perfect addition. for the Cards and Dice it could open a little game window like for example when you view a map on the game...
It would also be something hearthlings do to pass time while they wait for their projects to process without having to log off the game.
What do you think?

Or just roll your own dice at home.

It would be a bit foolish to have dice games at a time when so much other stuff still needs balancing, and it's not like you can't do both dice and cards with just a little effort on your own part anyways.

Well it's not a bad idea and bones can be used for dies. I'm see other things will get priority on implementations first but there's always room for some cosmetic features.

Well, obviously, they will balance out the stuff that needs balancing whenever the fuck they feel like it. They obviously still want to hear people's suggestions.. about new things... not people bitch about things they already have or are already probably working on improving/fixing.

So back on topic...

As I stated before, it can be easily implemented and bring a bit of culture and fun to the game that would otherwise be automatonous. Bones has been used for die before in past history. As for cards, I think barks maybe. While we are on it, chessboard please.

Bark cards sound pretty sweet.
And I agree with the chessboard.

I'd rather have at least semi-useful fluff like wagons.
