Art, a great moral booster

Recently I got an idea to be able to make art. Art would be able to boost your prestation when near it. Like farming would go better when theres a certain statue near. And when there are cooking tools inside a house, togheter with a painting, cooking would go better. It could even give a buff: Inspiration, which slightly makes a certain skill higher. Art could also add an LP boost or something like that. It of course depends on the piece of art thats near you, because different pieces of art would add different buffs, boosts an such. Of course the radius, amount of pecent in a buff would depend on the quality of the piece of art, and all pieces need different materials. Some could need a material that has something to do with the skill it boosts or some could even need "A Beautiful Dream!"
I hope any of you has suggestions about it...
