Houses should be able to catch on fire, improving the rate at which they decay drastically. To put out a fire, you would need buckets of water.

Edit: It should require a skill too, like Arsonist, and it would cost 100,000 LP.

Fire has been suggested many times, this is not identical to the other suggestions but I don't see a lot of benefit to it.

Hm, I imagine that "burning" a mansion would just burn the roof off, causing everything inside to start decaying.
