Ageing wine

I know somehting similar has been suggested before in regards to wine stored in cellars. I'd like to re-suggest it. Storing wine in wine racks in cellars should improve the quality of the wine. It is totally against all wine convention to store it indefinately in an open topped 10 litre bucket. There should be some incentive to use wine racks. I have read sabinati also suggest that wine racks should be larger. Also a good idea. Especially when you consider that the rack itself comes up the hearthlings chest/neck. If this was real life I could store up to 30 bottles in that much space.

In summary: Wine should be stored in wine bottles. Wine racks should hold more bottles and the quality of the wine should increase with time. Maybe by a percentage, maybe a set number of points, maybe indefinately....thats up for discussion.

Iirc in the earlier discussions on this topic it has also been discussed to not just let the q increase, but consider other effects. I made a thread about localized cheese a week or two ago, why not let wine act similar? Wine stored in cellars, caves, mines will all turn into different new sorts of wine. Now think about the combinations with localized cheese also being influenced by vinegar coming from different types of wine. Endless possibilities :)

Yes I like that idea burgingham. I'm making my first cheese now and it seems useless for anything other than str. Cha and Int are useless pretty much. And all the other fep types are easier to get via other methods. A cheese for each fep type +100 would be good. Although maybe overkill.

Unless you want to add more functionality to the stats. Maybe give INT a bonus to increasing skills. Give a small discount to the LP cost. Although if you remove LP eventually then an increased learning speed or somehtng....much work needs to be done for stats.
