Fire in cave behavior.

Not sure what to make of this ... fire and cave behavior.
Image

Basically it comes down to lighting a fire and leaving the cave (before those fires hit a particular burning point) to come back some time later ... and relight them again, and again, etc.

Probably only a nice additional LP's startup booster. As its really boring and I don't know how far you can push this (as a normal player).
But than again there might be other more efficient (normal) methods I don't know about ... As I'm still really new at H&H.

Anyway. Did not find anything on the forum on this. Or any info pointing to it being intentional. So dropping it in here as a semi (Critique)Question.
So. Intentional, minor side effect, or something else?

Those are replenish-able branches, for your information.
Like pulling hair.
Though, you are probably right, as carrying logs to a cave is easier than branches...

I also notice this phenomenon when I light a fire and log off after a few minutes while it's still burning, then coming back on and the fireplace is still there unlit.

There is nothing special about this, there is no AI-activity in an area without any active players, i.e. no burning fires or cauldrons, no wildlife, saves loads of server- and bandwith capacity, but it has some sideeffects, immortal fires are lesser ones, screwed up wrought iron is way more annoying.

I see. That clears it up for me.
Thanks.
