Cooking with booze

I'm really liking the many new recipes that you have added over the course of this map.
I'm turning into quite the full-time cook here.

Would it be possible to add some recipes that use booze for ingredients?

For example:
Mutton Meadloaf; mutton + onions + beer
Boeuf Bordeaux; cow meat + dried pepper drupes + wine
