Force move with control l-click

Holding control while left clicking should *always* make your character move, regardless of what cursor is active (harvesting, plowing, whatever) or whether you have something attached to your cursor.

Fantastic idea!

I suggested this to loftar a long time ago, but he was against it for some reason or other.

The reason it worried me was because I've assumed the invariant that characters cannot move while holding items since I first implemented item holding, and I wasn't sure if breaking that invariant may break stuff here or there. That's the only reason I was opposed, though.

It's a trick but I can rub my belly and pat my head at the same time.

I just don't understand why the paradox exists that I shouldn't be able to move just because I'm holding one extra small item when i can walk around with a frikin boat over my head...

Having the ability to walk while holding stuff would help in case you eg. have to sidestep the stray plow stading in the way when putting a pumpkin into a trough.

What also would help while holding an item is containers opening when you right-click them.
