Hello, fist sorry for my english its not the best. :)

Ok if I traveling around the world see many Workingprecess Signs, i think the decay time for Fireplace Build Sing is to long.
Around the world are very many Firesigns placed. I think 1 hour for decay fire sign is a good time. and bring up a better performance the server.

I hope i can help...

The problem is that they don't decay at all.

Indeed. I don't think it would make any difference at all, in fact. It should be noted, again, that the greatest problem right now is lack of bandwidth. As for actual server performance, I've got a list of things that should be done, but I've been too lazy this month to do any of it. I hope I'll be out of it soon. :)
