Vandalising scents on own claim

I destroyed my HF on my own claim and it left vandalism scents... surely I should be able to break my own shit as I please on my claim, even if it falls within the village claim area and not leave scents.

It normally doesn't. Did you have criminal acts turned on in the first place?

IIRC, I had to turn criminal acts on to destroy it.
