Regrowing trees

The trees should be able to regrow from tree stumps. IRL it happens all the time. There should be a small chance(10% maybe) that a new tree will grow out of a stump. I wouldn't like any quality deterioration since it makes no sense.

Sorry if there was a thread like this already, but I used the search function and I couldn't find any(which was kinda odd).

That actually makes sense, but time of regrowing might be 3x as normal growth rate(for balance).
