Trees actively creating 'Forest'

To counteract with this whole grassland spreads trees should actively spread forest even after being fullgrown within a certain radius.

Having to chop it down and continously replant trees is a bit ridiculous just because that one spot will not turn to forest.

Those new trees only spawn under certain circumstances, are currently disabled, and still don't guarantee that all that forest area is filled in, 'tis all.
