Add a message for stands

As an amateur H&H businessman, since it is currently impossible to see the quantities of coins offered in barter stands or to see the actual liquid or quality in wine bottles, it would be quite useful to be able to display a changeable text message as a part of the stand ui. This would be better than a runestone since runestone text is unchangeable.

Some people may just want to name their stand. Others, like me, would like to leave important messages to their customers regarding the contents of bottles or piles of coins.
