What human nature did they restrict? I didn't realize baby boomers were around during the industrial revolution when people started moving to cities en masse and polluting the environment. China's 2 child policy was indeed fucked up but you're have to be fucked up in the head to think that it was merely because they were baby boomers (which is not really a thing outside of the US but for the sake of referring to a group of people born within that time span, I'll let it slide).
