It's fallen out of use in the US. The longer time goes on, American becomes more and more a distinct dialect, even it's own language, from the Queen's English.

Good financial news. I don't find them that reliable for other matters, but they're no better or worse than a lot of other sites. They just tend to editorialize too much.

I've nothing against Communism as a form of government, but when it's used to obfuscate and control the population rather than as a cultural and economic philosophy, then it has overstepped its own needs and has got to go. I just read an editorial saying that this pandemic could be the first real cracks in Communist China that could bring its downfall, not because the people didn't like the way the response was handled, but because they got a taste of the "good life" trade with the West has brought. Already companies were pulling out due to terrible trade practices... now, what's the incentive to not look elsewhere, like economically developing nations in Africa, for cheap labor?
