Well in my case I take in to consideration the majority of a user's posts, what I perceive their knowledge of the game or current affairs (forum affairs as well) to be versus their alleged forum join date and a little dash of intuition.

First of all, @Kaios, sorry dude, but yeah, if a moderator is making a suggestion in C&I section, he shouldn't ban whatever trolls come his way (justified or not), 'cause he's an interested party and it renders his judgement irrelevant.
Secondly, I'd like to point out jorb weighning in on the issue in favor of the moderation-opposing party (ofcourse that party was Ysh but still). That should count for something. Prolly even go to "Seatribe History" thread.
