Not really. I don't really like Russians as well, most of them are angry and grief without a reason, but I haven't had any problem with Ukrainian people, I even remember playing with one in old Haven for a peroid of time. It's sad to see posts like "Russia? Ukraine? Same shit".
I mean, sure, I do not say that you should go easy on a guy who PM'ed you just because he's from Ukraine. Every country has some pieces of shit that are annoying.
