That's a hint that you (country) do not have a problem, isn't it?
Most of them aren't certified or anything, so there are no guarantees whether or not they will help you or others even if you could afford to buy them

Every tiny nail in Germany has to be DIN x ISO y with TÜV z certification and whatnot, the masks on the other hand... absolutely nothing mandated, though a long list of different classifications (among others some that would actually protect against things the size of a virus) exist. From this it should be quite obvious that the reason for mandating masks is not increased protection of the population against an alleged 'killer virus'.
Also there are indications that there might be a
little problem with face masks from synthetic fibers shedding microplastics in a convenient location to directly inhale them...
The government has fucked up really badly with the virus, they caused massive economical hardship with their previous restrictions, which people will now pay for quite some time.
I'm not completely up to date with the numbers, but it seems that we already burned through (better: reallocated it to the rich) something around of above 1/4 of a yearly gross domestic product - the correct word for 'quite some time' is
forever, as the money we just gifted to the rich will be borrowed from them for interest.
The economic effect of the 'Coronavirus pandemic' is basically a gigantic raid.
Production of meat is heavily subsidized in Finland, why is health of the people via masks and other protective equipment not worth subsidizing?
Because washing hands, coughing into the armpit (instead of the hands), staying at home when being ill and keeping distance from others when you are immune deficient... is enough, unless there is something Ebola-class (which Corona is not)?

What half price meals?
