I don't understand how what they are saying that can help you though.
If the government says you must not meet in groups of 100 people and that wearing a mask can help your fellow man and that they must be worn in public areas, but some random doctor says that this is unnecessary, are you really going to stop doing something so simple as wearing a mask, and potentially break the law by planning a mass gathering?
If all you are saying is that you feel less panicked, then sure, that's great. But I hope you are not letting a small panel of people stating their opinion on youtube convince you that it's okay for you to go out and break the law.
