he died becouse of ur buggy game ... rly bad support

Thanks for the necropost, they are aware they are not perfect.
If it was so easy to tell if a death was due to a bug, they would probably resurrect all the time. It's usually impossible to tell if someone is honest or trying to play dumb to cover their mistake.
Come back two hours earlier.
