aggro range and hearth timers

after this happening 2 times we find someone and once try to aggro before we get into range the auto hearth allows them to port home safely, please add the aggro range back to what it was in old haven

wasnt a spruce cap, we track his scents for 1.5 hours and when we got to him he jsut auto eharthed

also, here is the thread i mentioned, i was wrong about it having the same name tho. weird how it got buried despite being a very relevant issue.
