Why cant i build a drying rack?

Whats up guys how you doin. I am playin haven and hearth and i have found every basic necessity of a tree including branches, boughs, bark, ect. I have the hunting skill and have caught several animals only to be left with a ton of skins that i cant dry BECAUSE i cant build a drying rack? I have woodworking and carpentry skill, and im not sure why i cant build one. It shouldnt require much i would think maybe hunting skill and a few branches but otherwise its not showing up in my build menu. Not sure why? if anyone can help that would be awesome i want to continue with the game. 8-)
