Don't say that. The devs might really think that people will actually assign someone who will do it 24 hours for 7 days and won't do anything on the matter.

To be honest, the combat changes won't get the players back to the game imho. Something more global, that would give meaning to everything they do (quality grind, food production, character development) - could do that.

nah, only a new world will bring players back, most of them wont care about these updates till the next world.
and most of the players that enjoyed combat in this game have already quit cuz its shit xD

I just had an argument about this exact same thing with someone, I really don't see how a new world without any changes or updates before a wipe makes any sense at all. We just had a new world open not long ago, this one, and there were updates once or twice a week and eventually like every other world after 3-6 months players start to dwindle because end game is boring as fuck. Changing combat doesn't fix this and improving social interaction won't fix it either the only remedy for lack of content is to add content.

Disagreement also arises in that some players feel such content should be added along with a wipe or after a wipe but to me that seems illogical, add the content at this stage of the game if it's end game content so it can actually be tested instead of wiping at the same time and waiting another 3-6 months again before you even get to try or test that new content.

At this point i'm hoping the floating point changes ruin everything and make a new world a requirement so everyone will just hush for the time being
