First of all, yeah, if a moderator is making a suggestion in C&I section, he shouldn't ban whatever trolls come his way (justified or not), 'cause he's an interested party and it renders his judgement irrelevant.
Secondly, I'd like to point out jorb weighning in on the issue in favor of the moderation-opposing party (ofcourse that party was Ysh but still). That should count for something. Prolly even go to "Seatribe History" thread.
