All this serves is to hamper and bog down new players who can't access outside resources.

Furthermore, the quality meme is only good to a point. The crappy, haphazard stick turd holding up some skin isn't going to make a difference. Bark and water to the leather though? That will. Water and crops to the bread? Yeah, that will.

But the RACK that it dries on is just silly.

I remember in legacy it being 8 hours for drying and 8 hours for it to turn into leather.

Certainly seems slower than it used to be, despite me having around q15~ racks.

The speed at A quality didn't get nerfed to make the speed at B quality faster.

It doesn't matter in scenario B for anyone except the new players who need the leather more urgently.
