The tooltip says: Str+1:2 and Agi +1:2

but if u actually craft it, its allways adds con+1:3 to it and that sux because it becomes kinda boar baloney

Its not a bug. This happens to a lot of foods where you can't choose neutral variable material.
Like carrot cake for example. There is no neutral flour.
If you want to suggest it shouldn't be this way you should put this thread in critique.
