It's not chinas governments fault that there are greedy chinese businessman. It is common knowledge that there is lots of low quality stuff in china. Its 100% finlands fault for not checking properly what they are buying with millions of euros before doing the purchase.
Many finnish businessmen have commented and said that the mistake was so easy to avoid its ridiculous how government didnt avoid it.

Many people (including me) call chinese the americans of asia (and that is an insult). Because its true.

Any business with 50 or more employees must have a member of the CCP on their board and all external deals generally go through these kinds of people. This behavior is very much sanctioned by the CCP.

Recently a CEO of a large manufacture was caught in a WeChat group trying to organize other businesses to collaborate with him to send rigged IR Thermometers to read false temps, below the contagious point of Corona.

Apparently the sellers weren't even chinese. But some sketchy finnish businessmen (who are bankrupt) who bought stuff from china to sell to government. These sketchy businessmen have history of payday loan firms, and are now even suspected for money laundering, because of things that were found out when the mask business was investigated.

Very sketchy things... Very sketchy..
People responsible for making the deals were fired, but I don't think that helps much.

So is anyone else concerned about the looming state of the economy yet or is everyone still more interested in playing the blame game and being concerned for old people?

We can live through a crashed economy. Can't live if you're dead.

Edit: I should add... I can feed myself whether I'm working or not. Don't know about the rest of you.

It is certainly very interesting that the older generations stand to lose more from the virus itself.

The younger generations stand to lose more from the economic fallout.

The situation currently is that the younger generations are sacrificing an even greater portion of their futures than they already were prior to this situation..

Now. Let us examine some simple data which shows who stands to lose most from the virus. Obviously those who stand to lose most from the economic fallout would be represented on a chart resembling the inverse.

Only taking age into account you are practically immune to covid-19 until the age of 40. Which means if you are below the age of forty there is a very strong possibility that you face a very bleak economic future. By forty your personal finances should be straightened out.

It would be nice if they would fix this mess as well but I guess it will be yet another massive catastrophe which will be left for us to deal with.

If you knew anything about finance, you'd know this is backwards. Economic problems impact those closest to retirement or living on retirement savings significantly more than it impacts those that are able to still work and save for the future. You can recover a major loss in several years while even still in your 50s. It's near impossible to do so in your 70s. In your 20s you should be taking some risks, anyway, so an economic downturn should be more akin to a few bad investment decisions.

And as someone that has heard direct stories of what life was like during the Great Depression and WWII, you have nothing to complain about yet. Enjoy your "free" vacation. From what I'm reading, everyone in one of the economically stable countries outside the US will have several months of wages available in case this draws out longer than planned.

With that logic you are practically immune against any diseases until the age of 60. but for some weird reason, people still die at their 50's, 40's, 30's, 20's and even earlier than that.
