Sooo when is C&I going to be moderated?

I have a couple actual suggestions but I'm gonna wait until they can spend more than a few minutes on the first page before being buried by spam.

Just post it. It doesn't matter which page your idea will be at.
If it falls down and you still think it is very relevant you can always bump it a bit.

No moderation will happen because there's ntohing to be moderated. Everything is within boundaries of allowed actions.
