should make you wounded and with broken bones (the wound should slow you down to crawl speed)
also it shouldn't be possible to climb a high cliff without a bunch of ropes tied together(amount dependent on the cliff's height), and there should be a chance to fall from a rope based on your strength!(also leaving you with wounds and broken bones in this case)
