Currently horses can be used to dismount past a gate without being given the visitor debuff. Once in they can do whatever they want. I thought the bug was common knowledge, but a lot of you seem rather confused. Why do you think LadyGoo does this for her community markets entrance http://i.imgur.com/SFBhAhf.jpg Although she is arguably still vulnerable as someone could bug their way in and then build a minehole to attempt to access the area on underneath.

Actually she does that to stop people from luring animals in and bashing stuff, that's the only reason why.

I guess this is the point where the devs should aks themselves if they really want to go ahead and fix things and work on perfecting the game, or do they really like to play Gods and Rulers of the flawed world they created. I hope they chose the first option.

Wheni sayd : Devs have choosen pragmatism over Justice i meant that They didnt punish the abusers and choosed than players who knew bugs could show them.
It was a coward reaction because for them it was a win win: They dont nuke costumers who buy hats and at the same time they discover new bugs so they can perfection the game, as you say.

The problem with judging abuses leniently is that it motivates users to exploit grey areas for their own reasons and for great damage. "Was this a bug? Was it not? I don't know, but there's a precedent for leniency so I'll use it without fear of severe punishment".
