Do you and your villagers even talk? If you did Pickard would've told you I had a 150ua char that died and I reinherited it yesterday. I didn't even have take aim discovered. You tell me, why would you make it up? Regarding the whole "If we wanted you killed" I don't deny you could've killed me faster. However, it was fast nonetheless and you still did it. Obviously when it blows up in your face you're going to try as hard as possible to make it look like an accident. (With very little success in your case.)

2. We headed there, since we've hoped it is AD again (dafels is lying, they've killed another alt of ours at the mountain at the ice spawn before we've set a gank on them).
3. Then we've heard the alarm. Went chasing, agroed the guy, realized that it is a noob and started body blocking and discussing what to do.
4. The alt after a few seconds of not being hit decided that it is the time to steal the horse and run away
5. One of ours chased him and pressed chop twice by a mistake. Due to the high agility difference, it's not that hard.

It is hard to talk to someone who is trying to steal your horse and runaway.

I can't explain the actions of your fighters, but regardless I don't know what you're trying to prove at this point. I said you were lying, you said "Where am I lying" I pointed out where and you just brush it off. Judging by the zero support you've received during all this, I think it's safe to say you're not doing a very good job justifying your actions. Of course, this is because they are not justifiable a simple apology and moving on would've been the proper way to handle this. Yet its blown up because of you.

Simply, you are saying that we've killed you on purpose. I'm saying that is was done by a mistake. However, you've kept telling that we've killed you on purpose despite the context explained. I am pointing out the flaws in your argumentation. You are telling that I am lying. I am saying that you must have been really stressed to even evaluate the situation at that point and done a mistake that has lead to the fighter chase after you and make another mistake by double pressing the button. As Pickard said, "once 2 idiots meet, a tragedy shows up also".

Your actions on the forum, words, past history, and obvious bias, the character having no curiosities being studied, refusing to take the body back and the curios as a compensation, not showing the character sheet, providing assumptions and misinterpretation of the situation as a proof of our foul intentions have all have summed up in a way, that I am very sceptic that you're being genuine in your grief.

I'll take the liberty to show the first post I've written on the matter again:

You've been waiting for the Ice to spawn and been noticed by one of ours who has seen the armor you've been wearing. So we have decided to head there, since AD would camp the ice on that mountain fairly often. When we were waiting on it, you've showed up, so people decided to chase and body block. Everyone could kill you in no time, we wanted you to stop (didn't it look suspicious that no-one done anything to you for like 5 secs? But you've stolen our horse with saddlebags instead of talking. Then one of us chased you and double tapped pressed chop by a mistake. We've looked into the inventory, saw 0 curios being studied and assumed it is an alt made to steal things from the mountain. Sorry for your loss, you can claim your body at the market + get curio compensation based on the character sheet.

So, to an explanation of the situation, saying sorry and suggesting to take back your body + compensation you have been.... well, blowing it up by keeping the blame game you've started.


Anyways, our official stance:
1. The person with low or 0 stated character/alt has been killed by an accident due to series of mistakes done from both sides;

2. We have returned the body back and suggested the curiosities refund if the character owner would show the stats list, so we could calculate the appropriate compensation. The character owner declined the refund offer;

3. The precedent, however, was taken into account. For the future encounters our fighters (City of Dis) will refrain from aggroing people on sight within the Kingdom, unless being provoked to (self-defense, defending others, criminal activities and etc.).

The case closed.

Your first post on the matter is riddled with lies, so I felt the need to defend myself. Your posts after are also filled with lies, I think every post you made contained a lie. Also I don't believe if you only had intention to talk it out you would chase me down aggro me and start punching me. Also there's some mention of you guys seeing another character on the mountain going for this ice. So you thought I was him and attacked. Why would you attack him though? What is he doing worthy of an attack? Checking some unclaimed ice warrants death to you? Also I made zero mistakes, PLEASE point out a mistake that I had made that lead to my death, if you say getting on the horse anyone would've done this. Even the people responding say "Why are you surprised he tried to get on a horse and run away when you're punching him." Your faction is full of liars, next thread we see you will probably say something like "we were provoked" even though nothing occurred and it's just your faction being bloodthirsty. I don't take you offering me my body in a desperate attempt to save face as some noble deed. Also as I've stated I'm no longer mad about my death just the way you're handling the situation. ALSO, when are you going to give up on this past history nonsense I genuinely have no idea where you're coming from with that. It's hardly bias, I read the "why do people hate dis" thread and people say all these things about Dis and then I have an experience with you that personifies what they're saying. What am I to think of you guys?

dis are pretty big liars tbh i remember when they were claiming AD stole from their market with a bug even though i saw ad stealing it and was reporting whole thing into the chat i was in with them, then after ad was nuked i made a post saying they never even used the bug to raid it and that dis should know this and one of the dis guys pmed me saying hey remove ur post and i said why?? and he said do you not want them nuked?? to which i responded NOT RLLY XD
