Quality of items softcap the nidbane's final stats.

So let me see if I understand this properly. Suppose a person with 100 UA and 80 MC and 70 agility kills someone and leaves a murder scent.
The scent gives stats a x1.2 multiplier, which puts the nidbane's top potential stats at 120 UA and 96 MC (do they even have MC?) and 84 agility.
Suppose a Q50 altar is constructed and a nidbane is summoned with a Q50 shackle.
It sounds like you are saying that the nidbane's final stats are 85 UA and 67 agility.

This sounds almost impossible for a nidbane to be any real threat to a player with decent stats.

You are correct in your summation.
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

It uses the highest of mc and ua.

You have to keep in mind that they ignore armour, and attack all colours. If shield up and parry weren't so op, it'd be a lot harder to beat multiple murder nidbanes in a row, as you'd probably lose some hp on each one.

That's retarded given that arrows can't hit nidbanes rofl, so archer characters are unable to fight nidbanes at all. Fix pls jorb.

Also, to actually make sense as retaliation for after you died, please remove the quality aspect of the materials.

In before the whining: I know that developed villages don't have that much of a problem with this, but for it to work for hermits they should not be capped or there won't be a deterrent for slaughtering everyone without winged helmet and sword that moves...
