Raiding through a minehole or minehole building on an alt was a thing in the past as well as palibashing. Def not a bug and they shouldn't be nuked. Rework visitor buff if it's working not as you expected.

I pitty the devs that instead of developing the game have to put up with childish politics and unnecessary drama. This thread is a rollercoaster mix of autism, logic and completely lack of sense, and the time it takes for the devs to read into it they could use to actually fix the problem at hand. The main flaw of the game is that in order to be successful at it you need to lack real life social interaction so it is of no surprise that the community is most of the time a bag of twatwaffles

This is not a discussion about the minehole. Trollex is just trying to direct it that way because it looks less like abuse.

This is purely about absuing a mechanic to avoid a unoathed char from getting visitor debuff and using this to either initally raid on the alt or producing a circumstance which wouldn't be possible any other way. (such as building a mine hole which skips the gates and avoids visitor debuff)

But what is the difference between coming through an unprotected cave and an unprotected charter stone? Both of them bypass the visitor debuff? Both of them are security flaws?

because you can walk your main through a cave entrance and raid legit but you have to literally spawn fresh alts on their charter stone to avoid visitor debuff? Are you able to teleport your mains to the charter stone which avoids visitor debuff? i dont know but if that is the case, why didnt you just raid that way insted of putting together a minehole?

The village's security was compromised by spawning a new character into the village through the charterstone. No bugs were the reason for them having a character in the village. What they do next with that character is their own concern, and what they did was build a minehole inside. If an actual village member built a minehole in the village and they mined to it would you call it bug abuse? Game mechanics says you get visitor debuff if you walk through gate. If you go through minehole, you don't. That's exactly what they did - just walk through a minehole.
Sure, it's a cheesy way to raid, but really, don't let people spawn characters inside your village and you'll be fine.

We have made an official statement on this case.
"The psychological trials of dwellers in the last times will be equal to the physical trials of the martyrs. In order to face these trials we must be living in a different world."
